Hello everyone, I am Mustapha a mountains guide, I was born and raised with the Berber community in the Atlas Mountains, we will be your host! And these are our experiences, along with our desire to share them with you. We are living our dream in our Berber village near Marrakesh. Life is uncomplicated, the landscape is incredible, the neighbors are lovely, the food is traditional, fresh, local and everything is connected. I spend a lot of my time discovering new places, walking new paths and identifying ways to explore them. With such diversity among mountains, deserts, coasts and valleys.
8 days Marrakech to desert and chefchaouen
Day 1: Marrakech – Ait ben haddou – Dades gorges We pick you up from your accommodation in Marrakech to start the journey to the desert, we will pass through the High Atlas via Tizi n tichka 2260m. then we will visit the kasbah of glaoui, from there we will pass to Ait ben haddou to visit the beautiful kasbah, discover the berber art, then our cntinura trip to the cinema studios, and the kasbah Taourirt in Ouarzazate, we then continue to reach Kasbah Amridil in Skoura. Continuation to the Dades valley and gorges where we will spend the night in a hotel. Day 2: Dades gorges – Todra – Erfoud – Merzouga After breakfast we leave for Merzouga, via Boumalne, Tinghir and Gorges Todra where we had lunch. Then our trip will continue to Erfoud via Jorf, after visiting the fossil museum our trip will continue to Merzouga. The camel guide will accompany you to the Erg Chebbi dunes on the back of a camel. You admire the sunset over the dunes, dinner and overnight in nomad camp tents. Day 3: Merzouga – Erfoud – Ziz valley – Azrou – Midelt – Fes We will leave for Fes, after the sunrise show and breakfast. We ride camels to Merzouga then we continue our journey to Rissani, visit the Molay Ali Chrif Alaoui mausoleum. Then we go to Fes, cross Erfoud, Ziz valley. We will have lunch in Midel, and in the near noon we will cross the cedar forest, here you will have the opportunity to see the monkeys in the forest, then we continue to Fes, via Ifrane, dinner and overnight in a Riad in the old medina of Morocco. Day 4: Fes – Meknes – Volibilus – Chefchaouen After having taken your breakfast we leave to take beautiful panoramic photos of the medina, then we continue towards Meknes, here we will visit the Molay Ismail mausoleum, and we leave thereafter towards the Roman ruins in Volubilis. From there we cross the Rif mountains to reach Chefchaouen. Dinner and night in a riad. Day 5: Chefchaouen – Rabat – Casablanca After breakfast you will have a walking tour of the alleys of Chefchaouen, you will take beautiful photos, and we continue to Rabat, via Ouazzane. You will visit the Hassan Tower and the Kasbah of the Oudayas, then our journey will take us to Casablanca. Dinner and night in a hotel. Day 6: Casablanca – Essaouira After breakfast we will visit the mausque Hassan II. Then we leave for Essaouira, we stop in Safi to have a good lunch with fresh fish. Then we continued towards Essaouira, visit the port, the medina, the Jewish quarter. Dinner and night in a riad. Day 7: Essaouira – Marrakech After breakfast our journey will take us to Marrakech. we will stop to discover the argan oil in a cooperative then we continue to Marrakech. Dinner and night in riad. Day 8: Airport transfer After breakfast in your riad, we transfer you to the airport
